He started sublimation with the company Confecsauro in 2016, and, after the repercussion and success, he created Abacaxi Sublimático in 2021 to also serve the public of professionals in the area.

He shares the real routine of the industry every day, creating humorous illustrations and bringing sales to thousands of entrepreneurs throughout the year through his arts.


MARKSUEL CARLOS

Businessman, in the visual communication field for over 10 years. He has been breathing and living CV since he was 16 years old, passionate about his work and married to Jack, father of Davi and Lia.

He started his business in the interior of Goiás. Together with his company he created the CV Dicas Brasil channel, on YouTube, in order to exchange knowledge and help entrepreneurs in the sector.

Today, CV Dicas Brasil is the largest channel in the area of ​​visual communication, quick graphics and gifts. All of our reach and audience were achieved organically, which demonstrates the greatness and relevance of our content for the community.

With more than 12 years of experience, he became a reference for professionals in the field when he took his talent to Visual Communication, and was a pioneer in bringing the possibility of realistic presentations to the segment.

JANAINA ZERMIANI

Hello, I'm Janaina Zermiani, an entrepreneur, mother, wife and fashion and print designer. My journey in the textile industry began 23 years ago, in product engineering at a clothing company. Since I immersed myself in the world of Fashion, my search for improvement has never ceased.

In 2005, while I was still working as an employee at a large clothing company, I identified an incredible opportunity in my career as a fashion designer. From that point on, I founded my own studio, offering creative services to the textile industries as an independent Fashion Designer.

In 2020, amid the chaos of the pandemic, I saw the chance to help other people follow the same path, working as independent designers. I created a comprehensive course, consolidating all the knowledge acquired over the years. This course, called "Entrepreneurial Fashion Designer", today has more than 1 thousand students spread across Brazil and the world.

My life mission as a professional is to share this path with other aspiring fashion designers, showing them the possibilities and opportunities that the industry offers.

Luana Dias, from Dona de Gráfica.

10 years ago, she left a management position at a large bank to become a businesswoman, an owner of a digital printing company. Having always excelled in sales and having a degree in Administration, he didn't imagine he would have so many difficulties. But the truth is that his printing company almost went bankrupt. She found herself without machines/structure, without customers and there were many challenges faced along her path.

Even though she was pressured to give up everything, she chose to fight for the survival of her business.

Today, it has not only conquered its space, gained large customers and consolidated its fast printing in the market. She also developed the Dona de Gráfica Method and has shared her strategies. Teaching you how to double your sales, enjoying more free time.

Responding to the requests that arose, he embarked with all his might on his purpose of teaching. She became a mentor, founder of Formação Dona de Gráfica, GráficaCast and a reference for other businesswomen in the printing and personalization sector.


MARCIO STRAMA

Doutor Estampa is the name behind Marcio Strama, businessman, speaker, and IBS consultant in partnership with Sebrae-SP. As founder of the renowned company Dr. Estampa, he has an impressive track record, having produced prints for designer Mario Queiroz, which were presented at SPFW fashion shows, in addition to collaborating with leading brands in the Brazilian market in the 90s, including Forum, Zoomp, Quicksilver, OP, Side Play, Setemares, Hang Loose, among others.

Marcio Strama's trajectory is truly inspiring. Facing the ups and downs so common in the business world, he found a way to overcome adversity and today he is dedicated to guiding other entrepreneurs in search of profit in their businesses.

This year, he launched his long-awaited book "Estampando o Sucesso", a fundamental guide for entrepreneurs and those passionate about the universe of prints who aspire to stand out in the highly competitive market.

Mario e Marias has been in the personalized market for over 10 years. Its owners, Matheus and Gi, operate in the B2C and B2B segments of personalized products, with two physical stores and E-commerce serving the entire country. In addition to courses and mentoring that have already served more than 15 thousand students. They have a strong presence on social media with more than 250 thousand followers on YouTube and Instagram, for example.


MAYARA CALDERONE

I'm Mayara Calderone, coordinator and teacher of the in-person courses at Portal Sublimático in São Paulo.

I develop work and teach courses and mentoring focused on the area of ​​sublimation, laser transfer and Silhouette, a cutting plotter that has been my passion for 10 years, which made me enter the world of personalization, mainly in the printing segment with cutting films.

In addition to the content in these segments, I am also a great supporter of female and maternal entrepreneurship, as it is part of my reality and that of most of my students.


MILA SANCHEZ

Mila Sanchez, creator of Studio Mila Sanchez, graduated in Textiles and Fashion at USP. Before printing, he worked in digital marketing, style consultancy and fashion production. From this, he founded the Studio, promoting it on social media and seeing results in just 1 month.

In 2020, he returned to the original plan, with more experience in the printing area and from Digital Marketing, the Studio developed quickly. Today, it serves printing clients focused on fashion, decoration, among others. In addition to offering professional courses and mentoring for those who want to become entrepreneurial print designers.


NASCIMENTO ROCHA

My name is Raimundo NASCIMENTO ROCHA e Silva, I am from Maranhão from the municipality of Tutóia. Individual entrepreneur, speaker, technician in screen printing processes, screen printing teacher and consultant, finalist and I still play at being a designer. Over the last 5 years providing services for Genesis Tintas in lectures and workshops in the Northeast, and in national workshops.

With a YouTube channel and Instagram profile completely focused on teaching and promoting screen printing, my main focus is a screen printing school together with a training center for Gênesis clients that will operate in Fortaleza in the first half of 2022.


NILSON TSUJI

Specialist in ACM, Civil Engineer, has been providing training and consultancy since 2012, collaborating with a variety of companies in the Visual Communication and Aluminum Frames sector. My focus is to improve project execution, from the manufacturing of parts to the implementation of special solutions for ACM facades and doors.

Located in Ribeirão Preto, SP, our ACM Training Center is recognized as the most complete in Brazil. We offer three in-person courses (ACM Raiz 2.0, Doors in ACM and Executive Project), along with a selection of four online courses.
