Lectures, panels and hands-on experiences show how digital tools are being incorporated into the daily routines of creative and productive businesses
The 2025 edition of FuturePrint will take place at Distrito Anhembi from July 16 to 19, bringing together the leading names and trends in the printing, visual communication, and textile markets. This year, technology and artificial intelligence take center stage, with a program focused on the digital transformation of businesses. With a focus on practical applications and democratized access to knowledge, the event reinforces its role as an essential meeting point for professionals looking to stay updated and accelerate their transition into the future of the industry.
At the FuturePrint Forum, various panels will explore new digital tools as a way to boost performance, engagement, and efficiency. One highlight is the lecture “AI for Instagram”, by P.H. Oliveira (Escola PhD de Impressão), which discusses how personalization and automation strategies can drive business in creative niches. Another standout moment is Paolla Crestani’s (ABCV and CV Unida) participation, showcasing how technology enhances training and excellence for entrepreneurs in visual communication. Laisla Lopes (aSuper Arts) also shares her experience using visual, emotional, and digital resources to engage female audiences and turn marketing into sales.
In the Talks FutureTêxtil program, artificial intelligence is presented as a key to creative innovation and process optimization. Paulo Neves, professor and AI specialist, leads the lecture “Optimized Creativity: How AI enhances fashion and printmaking processes”, featuring real-life applications of the technology in print production. Camilla Borelli (EACH USP / ABTT) also contributes by discussing how digitization can support sustainable practices in the textile industry, while Sarah Caldas (AVA CAD CAM / ABTT-SP) explores integrations between software and purpose-driven design. Continuing in this line, the panel “Fashion with Intelligence: from design to point of sale” shows how data, automation, and predictive analysis connect design to final consumption.
Beyond AI-related content, other themes such as laser cutting, 3D printing, and automation of production processes will be part of the program as components of a broader modernization ecosystem. Experts such as Octavio Abate (Letrajato) and Matheus Pivatti (Letra Caixa do Zero) will discuss how 3D printing can transform business models in visual communication. These debates are strengthened by speakers like Rodrigo Cardoso (Personalizando Ideias), who highlights the potential of laser cutting as a gateway for creative businesses, as well as panels focused on the strategic use of management software to increase productivity and reduce costs.
"Artificial intelligence and new technologies are already part of the daily lives of those who work in this industry. Our goal is to create a space for these topics to be discussed clearly and practically, helping professionals understand how to incorporate innovation in an accessible and efficient way into their businesses," says Yeda Monteiro, Business Manager of FuturePrint.
By making technology a cross-cutting theme across all its activities, FuturePrint reaffirms its role as a platform for transformation and professional development. The fair is the ideal place for anyone seeking accessible knowledge, purpose-driven innovation, and real solutions to face the challenges of a constantly evolving market.
